6 Week Jump-Start your Health Program

  • Meet virtually, in-person, or by phone one time per week for 30 min.
  • Email support throughout the entire program
  • One 50 min. Health Inquiry Session
  • Establish health journey goals and needs
  • Realistic, sustainable action plan
  • Learn to listen to your body
  • Explore basic health topics pertinent to your needs

3 Month New Body New Mind Program

  • Meet virtually, in-person, or by phone one time every two weeks for 50 min. for 3 months
  • Email support throughout the entire program
  • One 50 min. Health Inquiry Session
  • Establish health journey goals and needs
  • Realistic, sustainable action plan
  • Learn to listen to your body
  • Explore basic health topics pertinent to your needs
  • Understand your cravings
  • Basic meal planning tips and techniques
  • Self care plan
  • Stress management techniques
  • Understand your current mindset and any limiting beliefs it may be creating
  • Work through any blocks and you may have to create a new body and a new mind
  • More time to hold your hand, cheer you on and hold you accountable

6 Month Total Transformation Program

  • Meet virtually, in-person, or by phone one time every two weeks for 50 min. for 6 months
  • Email support throughout the entire program
  • One 50 min. Health Inquiry Session
